Digi Power X, a vertically integrated power infrastructure company specializing in high-performance computing (HPC) data centers, has announced a strategic partnership between its subsidiary, US Data Centers, and Super Micro Computer. The collaboration will see the deployment of customized B200 GPU rack solutions at Digi Power X’s newly developed data center in Alabama.
The first phase of the rollout is targeting operational readiness within 120 days, with full test operations expected by the fourth quarter of 2025. This initiative represents the beginning of a broader expansion plan, with the facility aiming to scale up to 22 megawatts (MW) of computing capacity in 2026 and 55MW by 2027.
“This partnership is a significant step in growing our organization’s AI and high-performance computing infrastructure,” said Michel Amar, CEO of Digi Power X, underscoring the project’s role in advancing the company’s HPC capabilities.
Digi Power X is a Miami, Florida-based company that works in three different segments: colocation services, energy sales, and bitcoin mining. The firm specializes in creating data centers that handle energy-intensive applications like AI and HPC by integrating digital infrastructure and power.
